The following agreement is effective from 2nd March 2018 with the latest revision of these terms made on 2nd March 2018. The company reserves the right to change and update these terms at any time – it is your responsibility to retain these changes and by your continued use of the services and products, you agree unconditionally to these terms. Changes to these terms will also apply instantanously and to current and existing bookings that may have applied under - if you do not agree with the revised terms, then do not use our service; by the continual use of the service, you agree to the changes of any terms from your original agreed terms.
The agreement is made between:
- Kiddie Groove Limited (“we”, “the company”, “Kiddie Groove”, “us” or “our”) with registered office 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom and registered number 11153066 in England and Wales.
- The customer (“you”, “your”, “Parent”, “the Parent”, “Customer”, “the Customer”) who has purchased a product/service by "the Company".
Any purchase made online, over the telephone or in-person shall be bound by the following terms & conditions.

- PURCHASE TERMS:
- All items/products or services purchased are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- The named person on the ticket/voucher is the person who must use the ticket/voucher. This cannot be exchanged with a different person.
- All rates and prices are flexible and may be changed at any time. The company will not reimburse/refund money in the event of a price change after or before purchase.
- Some services may be date specific - the service can only be redeemed on the selected date.
- A booking fee of 5% is charged on all bookings. This 5% charge is charged at checkout and you will be made aware of this charge in your breakdown before checkout and payment.
- DATES & USAGE:
- All tickets & vouchers (with the exception of passes which have their own terms & conditions, as shown above) have set dates. Tickets & vouchers must be redeemed and used on the dates provided. The changing of dates is limited by availability and at the discretion of Kiddie Groove Limited. The company, in its sole discretion, may approve or deny date transfers as required.
- The service may not be offered on all dates - you will be only be able to attend on a date which you have selected and made payment for.
- Usage of the ticket is limited to one day only - unless otherwise stated on the ticket and purchase page. This excludes Annual Passes and Summer Passes which have their own terms, as above.
- Kiddie Groove Limited, its venues, directors, management or staff may refuse entry to the service for any reason and without refund or compensation. Having a ticket does not guarantee you entry to the service. The property is private property and unauthorized access may result in legal action being taken by Kiddie Groove Limited and the venue.
- DATA & USES:
- We collect data from you upon booking online, over the phone or in-person. This data is saved externally via an external third party service; Rezgo witholds all information provided to us when booking a service - it is their responsibility to ensure this data is protected. Kiddie Groove Limited does not accept any responsibility for data processed, corrupted, lost, stolen or publically released through our third party service provider.
- All data kept on the systems must be kept up until after the date of the booking. We are unable to delete any data before this date, for operational reasons.
- Data cannot be removed or deleted until you have paid up in full to the company and service.
- You are responsible for providing us with any minors information - you must have permission as a legal parent/guardian to do this or someone with parental responsibility over the minor. By providing us with a minors information, you allow the company the ability to store information about the minor. A child (a person aged 0-17 years) is referred to as a minor.
- You may request to delete data (if eligble) by emailing privacy@kiddiegroove.co.uk - please note, it may take up to 14 working days for this to be processed and your information to be deleted.
- CANCELLATIONS & EXCLUSIONS:
- At any time, Kiddie Groove Limited reserves the right to cancel (partially or in full) the service that you have booked into, without notice. In the event that your service is cancelled, we reserve the right to not refund for any service, but may offer an alternative date or set of dates. It is not the responsibility of the company as to whether you can attend these alternative date(s) and so no refund will be provided in the event that you are unable to attend.
- The company reserves the right to modify any opening/running hours for the service at any time. No refunds or compensation will be issued as a result.
- The service may not be offered on all dates and some exclusions may apply.
- In the event that the service may end completley, you may receive a refund for any un-redeemed use of service.
- WELFARE & LIABILITY:
- By attending our service, you agree that Kiddie Groove Limited cannot be responsible for any loss, damage, theft or loss of life which may be caused to you or a minor under your permission whilst attending a service operated by us.
- All minors (persons aged 0-17 years) require a person with parental responsibility to attend our service. This may be asked for upon arrival by signing a form - by signing this form, you agree unconditionally to releave Kiddie Groove Limited of any liability that may occur.
- We aim to keep the welfare and safeguarding of minors a high priority - if we suspect abuse we have the right to alert the appropriate authorities.
